Hey, I'm Ella

I’m a live music photographer based in Glasgow, originally from Germany. My dad was the biggest live-music fan, and he raised me on Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones, so music has always felt like home.

I shoot mostly in black and white, often right at the front of the stage, using both Fuji and Canon cameras. I love capturing the emotion, energy and atmosphere of a show in still images: the energy  between bandmates, the rush of a crowd, and those moments that are gone as soon as they happen.
